Pinelopi and Karim chose a simple, modern setup for their London wedding photography at the Barbican. The ceremony took place in Room 99 at Islington Town Hall, followed by a small reception at one of the city’s most distinctive venues.

Room 99 is one of Islington’s more intimate spaces. It’s light, minimal, and ideal for couples who want something straightforward but still stylish. The ceremony was short, personal, and full of smiles. Afterwards, we stepped outside to the building’s impressive façade for a few quick portraits. From there, the couple and their guests made their way to the Barbican. Known for its brutalist architecture and unique layout, it’s not your typical wedding venue, and that’s the point. It felt low-key but thoughtful, much like the couple themselves. Afterwards, everyone headed to the train on foot.
