Jessica + Paul
Forty Hall Wedding Photography, Enfield, London
Outdoor wedding ceremonies are always a risky business in the UK. The registrars will have everybody in a cramped and dark room at the first sniff of raindrops. Instead of rain Jessica and Paul were blessed with the exact opposite. Blazing sunshine the like of which rarely seen outside of Africa. After getting ready at her parents’ house nearby the bride joined the groom and guests in the sunny courtyard at Forty Hall.
A couple of readings, some vows, and some beads of sweat later, proceedings moved to the main house. At this point the Mexican theme reared its head! There were sombreros, Zapata moustaches and a Mariachi band. After the reception every guest was given a shot of tequila to slam on their way back to the courtyard for dinner. Arriba! After speeches everyone tucked into paella, then cake, and what Mexican-themed wedding would be complete without a piñata?
As the sun set the party moved into the Long Hall for dancing and some high-quality limboing.
