Eccleston Village Hall Wedding Photography, Cheshire
So, I had two ‘town hall’ weddings in a weekend that started at a village hall, in Eccleston. First up was Louise and Carl’s wedding in Cheshire. The day began with me coming very close to getting a beer bath as Carl prepared the bar at Eccleston Village Hall. The things I do for an action shot!
A quick trip over the border to north Wales for Louise’s preparations. Then we all headed to the grand surroundings of Chester Town Hall for the ceremony. After a brief pause to fix music issues (still the biggest cause of delays to ceremonies despite/due to advances in technology) marriage occurred. After that, the happy couple got a rare chance to act like royalty from the Mayor’s private balcony. A privilege afforded to only a handful of couples before them.
We then walked through Chester, along the ancient city walls. That took us to the Lady Diana boat for a short cruise down the river Dee to Eccleston for the reception. There was much rejoicing. And eating, and drinking, and dancing, etc.
