Groups and Staged Photographs
As you’ll no doubt have noticed if you’ve made it as far as this page, my approach to wedding photography is very ‘hands off’. I don’t like to take over or control your day in any way, and hopefully your priority is to enjoy the day with each other, and with your family and friends, not with me posing for photographs.
However, at most of my weddings I am asked to take a couple of family group shots, and sometimes a few staged, but relaxed, shots of you and your new wife/husband. I try to make these happen as quickly and as painlessly as I possibly can (with the help of a small amount of planning on your part) so that you can get on with your celebrations, and I can get on with what I do best. Telling the real story and the genuine candid moments of your day.
Below are a few recent examples of the small amount of staged photography that I take at weddings.
