Longstowe Hall Wedding Photography in Cambridgeshire

I made a return visit to Longstowe Hall in September for Susannah and Ron’s Anglo-South African wedding. The bride got ready at home, before jumping in a modern Bentley for the ceremony at nearby Bassingbourn Church. Makes a change to have so much space to work at a church!

Following the ceremony there was time for some meeting and greeting. Then everybody headed down the road to to Longstowe for the reception.

Once at the hall, the couple received their guests inside, before drinks and canapés in the gardens. They soon headed into the fantastic marquee for the wedding breakfast, followed by speeches. My first speeches in both English and Afrikaans!

With formalities over with there was time to cut the cake, then the first dance.
