Huntsham Court Wedding Photography, Devon
Huntsham Court near Tiverton in Devon was the venue for Jo & Adam’s whole weekend wedding. This great old house has 20-something bedrooms so a large chunk of the wedding party and guests could spend a few days rattling around inside the place. Both the bride and the groom got ready with their respective parties in different rooms of the house.
The guests gathered in the Great Hall for the wedding ceremony, and Jo soon made her entrance on her dad’s arm. After a short civil ceremony everyone headed outside for drinks on the lawn. There were lots of congratulations and a few photographs. Soon it was time to head inside and take seats for the wedding breakfast. Although it was also soon time to head back outside to get food from the barbeque.
After speeches the couple cut a cake on each table (complete with individually posed Lego brides and grooms). Then the dancefloor in the Great Hall was officially opened! Other highlights were more sunflowers than I have ever seen in one place and even a conga through the whole of ground floor.
